The chapel was built in 1740 and marks the beginning of construction of the Villa, completed in 1766 when the loggia and the adjacent spaces were built.
The construction of a place of worship inside the Villa testifies how religiouss the Dionisi family was. The church as well as the rest of the rooms have several frescoes and paintings considered a real treasure of the Veronese culture.
The Church is consecrated and the Holy Mass can be celebrated.
